Billing and Payments

Mikabot offers a freemium model with a free tier and paid plans. Here’s how billing works.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • SEPA direct debit (EU)
  • iDEAL (Netherlands)

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing period. Find them under Settings → Billing → Invoices. All invoices include your VAT number if provided.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it reverts to the free tier.
