Account Setup

Creating a Mikabot account takes less than a minute. Here’s everything you need to know.

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Visit mikabot.chat/signup
  2. Enter your full name, email address, and choose a password
  3. Click Create Account
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

After verifying your email, you’ll be prompted to:

  • Add your company name
  • Set your timezone
  • Choose your default language (EN, NL, FR, or DE)

Step 3: Add Your First Store

Navigate to Settings → Stores and click Add Store. You’ll need:

  • Your store’s URL
  • A product feed (CSV, XML, or sitemap URL)
  • Your store’s primary language

Step 4: Invite Team Members

Go to Settings → Team to invite colleagues:

  • Admin: Full access to all settings and billing
  • Editor: Can manage products and chatbot configuration
  • Viewer: Read-only access to analytics and conversations

Common Questions

Can I change my email address? Yes. Go to Settings → Profile and update your email. You’ll need to re-verify.

Do you support SSO? SSO is available on the Business plan. Contact sales for setup.

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. This action is irreversible.
